Crust

  1. 2 Cups Classic Vanilla Cake Mix (Pamela's GF Products)
  2. 8 TBSP Soft Butter
  3. 3-4 TSP Water

Filling

  1. Can of Libbys Pumpkin Pie Filling
  2. 1 Egg
  3. 5oz Condensed Milk
  4. 2 TSP Vanilla

Directions

  1. Preheat over to 350F
  2. Mix powder and butter until consistent
  3. Add water 1 TSP at a time an knead until workable
  4. Line pan with crust
  5. Prepare filling according to directions on can with added vanilla
  6. Fill crust
  7. Bake in over 45-60 minutes, until probe comes out clean
